STANNY COURT is a private complex with magnificent views, crystal clear sea, and wonderful air. The building is in 2 sections, 1 and 2, and is situated 150m from the beach next to the new Aqua Park in Nessebar.

The apartments are built of steel-concrete construction and the outer walls of the buildings are insulated with 5cm thermo-isolation, coated framing PVC. Stylish floor coatings can be seen in the rooms as well as in the common area, and staircases in granite-ware. The bathroom has full sanitary equipment. Two fully furniture packages are available include fitted kitchen and air conditioning.

There are 24 apartments consisting of Studio, and 1 beds ranging from 35m2 to 67.40m2. The apartments have either a sea view or communal pool view.

Maintenance Charges

The annual fee amounts to 6 Euros per square meter.

The owners of apartments pay an annuam maintenance fee, which is spent to cover:

- Use of the swimming pool

- Maintenance of the territory and the common partsof the complex

- Maintenance of the green area of the complex

- Year round security

- Electric lighting of the common parts of the complex

The owners can be with the following services for an additional payment:

- Cleaning and ventilation of the apartments all year round

- Repairs of the apartments

- Payment of the overhead expenses for the apartments, such as taxes, electricity, water etc.
